Not every business that uses MINDBODY® app allows online signups. Business owners can choose to restrict online registration for a particular set of classes, or for their entire business. As a result, you may be asked to call a business to reserve a spot. This means the class is already in progress, at capacity, or the business does not currently accept online bookings.
When signing up for a class, you'll see a banner across the top of the class screen indicating the class's current status:
Filters allow you to narrow your search results, and can be used to show only the classes that are open for registration.
- Find a business you'd like to visit.
- Tap Schedule on the the Business Details screen.
- Tap the Filters icon at the top right.
- Toggle the Allows online booking setting. The filter is enabled when the switch is slid to the right and orange.
